$1,000 Raffle, Baking Contest, Art Contest (by Fine Arts Council), Online Auction, and Bingo MAY BE OFFERED


Paper WDF VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM 2020 (to be printed out and mailed with a check)


Online Vendor Registration (to register and pay with a debit/credit card)


ADMISSION TO THE FESTIVAL IS FREE  (Ride Vendors charge for their rides – Archery Shoot, BB Gun Shoot, Pony Rides, Dunk Tank, Gyro, Zorb Ball Track, Bungee Run, Bounce Houses, Petting Zoo, etc.)

We have a large midway of local organizations, food trucks, and vendors

Thursday, October 7 (not open to the public)

9 am-12 pm; 1 – 3 pm  Commercial Food Vendors (ONLY) Setup – large trucks and trailers require lots of space to maneuver.


Friday, October 8 (not open to the public)

9 am-3 pm            General, Non-profit, and Local Vendor Setup (not open to the public during this time)


Saturday, October 9

8 am                           Parade line-up at Trumann Plaza (No fee to participate, contact Dennis Pankey, 870/227-1590)  
9 am                      Duck Festival Parade (begins at Trumann Plaza [South Hwy 463] – ends at Trumann Recreation Complex)  


9:30 am                           Festival Opens;  Midway Vendor Booths & Bounce Houses, Rides, Pony Rides   .
10 – End                      Wild Duck Festival Sr. Softball Tournament: contact Gaylon Muse at 870/284-0481

11 am – 12 pm          Shirley Long – Outdoor Stage

11 am                         Entries for Pickles, Homemade Pies, Cakes, and Cookies due
11 am                         Antique Tractor drawn Hayrides                
12 Noon                    Pickle Eating Contest – Outdoor Stage

1-3 pm                       Horseshoe Tournament (register on-site at Pavilion by horseshoe pits)  

1-2 pm       Duck Calling Contest (Sponsored by St. Francis Lake Assn) – Outdoor Stage ($10 registration fee, call 870/919-0986                                                    or sign-up at their booth in the midway by 12:30 PM)


2 pm                            Announce Pickle, Pie, Cake, Cookie Contest Winners

2-4 pm                    RVH Christian Band – Outdoor Stage

3-5 pm                      Bingo (inside Trumann Recreational Complex – TRC)

4-6 pm                      Southern Express Band – Outdoor Stage

6-8 pm                      Full Blown Insanity Band – Outdoor Stage

6-8 pm                        Bingo – (inside Trumann Recreational Complex)
9 pm                             Announce winner of $1,000 giveaway
9 pm                             Festival Closes
