Food Vendor (any one selling food) Nonprofit Vendor [Must be a 501(c)(3)]

Food vendors must be in compliance with the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) and meet their regulations for temporary food service permits and be in compliance. All vendors selling items are responsible for sales tax compliance and must possess a valid and appropriate permit for their organization, and are solely responsible for collecting and remitting all forms and sales taxes to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA). Per Arkansas law, a Special Events Sales Daily Tax Report Schedule (ST 370) form will be provided you by the events promoter and must be completed and returned to events promoter daily. Any vendor conducting a raffle must have a valid temporary raffle license issued by DFA and display it at their booth. Prohibited sale items include any type of fireworks, party or silly string, invisible ink, potato guns, sharp objects, drug paraphernalia, obscene materials, sex toys or novelties, and anything illegal as defined by law. All vendors are responsible to provide liability insurance.
